Boa constrictors do not get big enough to eat a human. The only snakes that could eat a human are reticulated pythons and anacondas. Maybe rock pythons. Also, there's no such thing as a snake "stretching out its stomach" to get ready to eat something. their stomach stretches when they swallow their food, if it's bigger than them.
