鍛煉是非常重要的,當我在Shaftsbury霍華德Herrington小學,Herrington先生行權非常有趣我喜歡和感謝所有excericse我失去了over20磅!

Exercise is very important when I had Howard Herrington in Shaftsbury Elementary School , Mr Herrington made excerise fun I loved it very much and thanks to all that excericse I had lost over20 pounds ! PE is underrated, I love doing physical activity because it gives you a break from being in a classroom and also when you do physical activity, your brain buts endorphins in your brain and it feels nice. If you're not from Australia, we call it PDHPE ( Personal Development Health Physical Education). It is my favourite subject. I'm like the sportiest, most fastest, most athletic one in my class. Especially for a girl. I'm like Super Sonic and Super Shadow put together. I also enjoy P.A.S.S (Physical Activity Sport Studies which is like PDHPE) music, history, legal studies (or law if you're not from Australia), business studies, commerce and technology (food tech, agriculture tech, wood tech, computer tech, expect for graphics, polymer tech and metal tech). I don't know why this isn't in the top 3. In Australia, we hate science (some people), maths and english because they are boring. We are humanity, gym, VET people. It kinda like rep gym, where go on bus and you think thank can't in a gym, like play pool, beach volleyball, ice skate, mini putt, bowling and some time tennis and some time real golf, rock climb and kick boxing and your play game in your gym some time and you learn different of dance. There two more things about rep gym it the only gym class where girls and boys combined, and last thing you only have do health the first two weeks or the last 2 week depending on the grade 11 rep gym teach and reg grade gym you do health 5 time in 5 week. Rep gym only in grade 11 and 12.
