It's inappropriate to compare Gods of other religions, even comparing God in the same religion. I am not here trying to compare anything. But the most fascinating thing about Shiva that I want to share is, though he is the very first yogi(Adiyogi), holds all the power sources, create and destroy anything in the blink of an eye, but he is still very calm, innocent, favourite of all Goods and Evils.

Shiva is the one whom all the other Gods have sprung out of. When he feels like he can blow the hell out of the whole universe by just opening his third eye. He is Mahadev- which means he is the God of the Gods. Modern physics is telling us that there's something called dark energy or dark matter and it's in its lap that all the creation is happening. 98.9 percent of the whole universe is made up of nothing and it's nowadays called singularity or dark energy. Shiva literally means that which is not. Atoms get destroyed by themselves when we aren't looking at them. So actually the universe is made up of nothing or Shiva. Shiva is the most powerful of all the Gods if he ever becomes angry, his third eye has the strength to annihilate anything, anywhere and anyone in milliseconds. He can hold the universe on the tip of his finger or become smaller than an neutron according to the situation. Even if his third eye opens for 1 second Poseidon would cease to exist immediately and Thor may control the weather but Shiva controls everything meaning he won't last 2 seconds on the other hand Shiva is very peaceful and would not fight anyone for no reason without being upset or enraged thus Shiva is number 1. Although, it is not proper to compare God's of different religion because non of them ever clashed with each other according to mythology., though there are plenty of battles fought between gods of same religion. But I think Lord Shiva a.k.a Mahadev(Maha- something superior, Dev- God, in Hindu religion) is the strongest among other gods, I think because when it comes to war, he himself is the God of destruction and many gods and demons have seen his rage but only few survive to tell the tale. The third eye of Lord Shiva has the power to destroy anything and everything ever created. The trident he owns is not a weapon to mess with and also the trident specifies the supremacy of Lord Shiva among other Gods. Like seriously? Shiva is not even in top 10? Guess most of the people here are marvel fanboys who never got our of their little comic world and tried to look for the Gods in other Mythology. I don't know how these movie fanboys and idiots are comparing Lord Shiva with these Tiny God's.Don't ever compare great gods like Lord Shiva ,Lord Vishnu and Lord Brahma with these stupid movie gods.We are not talking about Gods that were dethroned by their own children or gods defeated by demons.We are talking about the real and Great God Shiva,who has no birth or no death.He is cause of all causes.
