My number 1 cartoon show. I've seen every episode from season 1-8 +++The new episodes are nowhere near as good as the old ones since the movie, Nickelodeon is running out of ideas. +++Don't listen to the other guy, it's been nowhere near as good since season 6. +++Season 10-12 are good though

While I have to agree that the later episodes are pretty awful, they are still fun to watch, even if they don't come close to the amazing first three seasons. Even seasons 4 and 5 are pretty good. Also, the movies are surprisingly good, which is something you don't expect from media franchises as big as Spongebob. The T.V. show also spawned comics, video games (which are also pretty good), mugs, the aforementioned movies, chia pets, toothpaste, and every other thing you can stick Spongebob's fac

There is so much personality for sponge bob. The old episodes were really funny. How could people find him so annoying? Yes his laugh can be annoying at times, but hey, annoying orange is worse. The show has got so many hilarious punch lines like, "who are you callin' a pinhead" or Finland! Don't forget about the ugly barnicle. That was one of the best moments of spongebob. I also liked the part where Patrick was talking about sum boing and, well, you get the point. I give this show a big fat laugh out loud.

An all-time classic, a blessed phenomenon for a show as heavenly as Spongebob Squarepants to ever exist in this universe. I pray that kids in the future get a chance to watch this great cartoon. SpongeBob has turned into like Family Guy. The old episodes were good but now Modern Day SpongeBob is worse then Modern Day Family guy. I mean there was a whole episode dedicated to SpongeBob losing his thumb. How is that entertaining? The old episodes were amazing but now It is garbage.
