There are many great voice actors here, but I'm really annoyed that Holly Hunter isn't on this list (she voiced Mrs. Incredible in the Incredibles). If we are talking sheer talent Mal Blanc deserves the #1 spot by a LONG shot! He wasn't just the god of voice acting, he was an incredible actor period! To bad his son Noel Blanc isn't higher on this list, very talented in his own right.
