I am a Kubrick fan, but I've got to accept that Spielberg is more versatile and unpredictable, amazing you every time you think he is now out of ideas. Spielberg has mastered most of the genres, with a masterpiece in every movie form.
Although I like Kubrick movies more due to the subtleties and his unique way of expression, this man would still be higher than Stanley because of the variation and the nuances, while surprising us every time with his perfection!

This guy has more than 30 theatrical movies under his belt and (with the exclusion of Something Evil) range from good to some of the best pictures of all time. Moments like these occur in Schindler's List, Saving Private Ryan and the very underrated Amistad. Those scenes are very emotional, very tear jerking, thought provoking, powerful, and showcases what makes Spielberg an outstanding director. Too bad I can't say the same about Upendra.

Jurassic Park, E.T, Close Encounters, Jaws, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Saving Private Ryan, and Schindler's List all rank in my top 50 movies list. Spielberg is a legend and there's no way that this so called Upendra can take his rightful place. Why is Upendra higher than Kubrick, Scorsese, Fincher and Scott anyway?
