Worst leader of any major country since World War II, and definitely on the top 10 worst of any country of all time.It boggles my mind why people openly call other authoritarian post-Soviet leaders "dictators" but not Putin. Putin is even more authoritarian than Lukashenko, Nazarbayev etc. who are routinely labeled as dictators, yet for some reason Putin isn't. Not to mention Putin is a lot more destructive and threatening to the rest of the world than any of them.
