Without them we would be over run with insects and would not have a rainforest, and they distribute seeds of the rainforest wherever they fly. Not to mention they are the only creature which pollinates night blooming flowers.Sadly, bats are very endangered, and because so many people have stupid misconceptions about them due to lies and hurtful rumours from the media, they are persecuted, set on fire, killed by wind turbines, killed by having their hibernation interrupted by humans, and millions are dying during their hibernation by a disease caused by humans ... more
