Family stay with you at any situationThis is one of the great advantage from family and none of us never realise this at any time. You may have lots of friends or relations or office mates. They will definitely be with you in your happy times or any successful achievements. But, your parents or sisters or brothers are the only one will stay with you in your hard and difficult times. Do you know what? , your mum and dad are the only one who understands you much more than any other people in the world. Because they are your creators and they are the only ones travelling with you from the beginning. So they understand your feelings and always there for you whenever you need someone abundantly. This is the power of family. There are many people can help you, but family will help you whenever you are alone.

One of my biggest fears in life (if not, my biggest) is loneliness. I cannot imagine a life where there is no one to turn to for support during times of threat and adversity. Investing in relationships is crucially important for this purpose but this is especially the case for immediate blood relatives.Put simply, if I discovered that I only had one day left to live, I would do everything in my power to spend that day with my family. That would be my sole priority.

Reading your comment about family made me feel alone and a bit sorry for myself both of which are feelings I avoid in every way. I am 49 years old and my Mother died when I was 32 My sister when I was 34. My father when I was 44 Y.O. This doesn't include grandparents and aunts and uncles. I have a wonderful son who is almost 21 and a niece and grand niece who my Ex and I raised through HS. Those three people are my family and I have the unfortunate role of being the oldest so they depend on me and don't do well with seeing me as having needs. They still need the mother figure to guide them.I suspect your thoughts would be to find people who I like and can create a family of my choice. I have done just that but as you must know it just isn't the same. So without ado, I say enjoy every moment of those people you call family.
