不可靠,不專業。在停機坪上推遲了將近6個小時在馬尼拉與乘客在船上,船長提供的愚蠢借口。網上投訴提出,當前日期,沒有響應。幫自己一個忙,支付更昂貴的航班,至少它會準時把你送到目的地。

Unreliable, unprofessional. Delayed on the Tarmac for almost 6 hours in Manila with passengers on board, dumbest excuses provided by the Captain. Complaint lodged online, and to present date, no response received. Do yourself a favour and pay for a more expensive flight, at lease it will get you to your destination on time.

Five reasons why you should not ride Cebu Pacific:1) It's so boring without T.V.2) The airline is too tiny3) The food is garbage4) The design does not look nice at all5) The cabin crew plays games with passengers and their games are so corny such as bring me boarding passes.

Worst service ever. Security at Cebu Pacific are in cohorts with taxi scammers. I asked the staff and security for assistance but nobody ever helped.
