This is my favorite megaman weapon of all time, and it comes from the very underrated Megaman and Bass. It's one of the rare weapons that are good both as an utility weapon as well as to kill enemies. With the Ice wall, not only can you reach higher places, and cross spikes, but you can also kill enemies under you by dropping the ice wall on them or you can bulldoze all the enemies in front of you by pushing it.
