I don't think Judas should be on this list. Why? Let me explain:We all sin. We all make mistakes. (I should know) Yes Judas betrayed Jesus for 27 pieces of silver. It was greedy. It was wrong. Judas is not a bad person. Yes he did betray Jesus, but nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes if you read the Bible it will tell you that God sent him down to Earth to die for our sins. John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he sent his one and only son so that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life". Even if Judas did not betray Jesus, Jesus still would have died. Judas did betray Jesus but while Jesuswas getting whipped he threw the money back at the romans and while Jesus was carrying the cross up the mountain to be crucified Judas hung himself because he felt so bad. Jesus did know that Judas betrayed him, because at the last super he said "one of you has betrayed me." But Jesus knew it was Judas, and Jesus could have stopped his crucifiction but he loves us so much he died for our sins. This is all a part of Gods plan of redemption. If Jesus didn't die than your sins wouldn't be forgiven. Judas also ended up killing himself out of shame. These top comments are about as ignorant as it gets saying "He is the reason our Lord is dead." That is false. I don't know what Lord you worship but my Lord is eternal.
