First and foremost, the CRM system is cloud-based, which keeps from eating up the resources on my computer which in turn is pretty common these days (I have also used some terrible on premise CRM's throughout my caree). From a management perspective I like the easy intrface and the ability to create custom dashboards based onvariuos data.
