Summer ends, school starts getting serious and you can't slack off, but anything you do seems pointless due to the lack of assignments in the grade book, all you can think about is the 9 months of torture ahead, you are in a frenzy because you don't know what your grades are and its difficult to get a foothold on the school year and gauge how hard you should be working on homework and in school during September. All this, while you are trying to get used to waking up at the crack of dawn and being forced to sit in a cold, dark room with 30+ students, when just a few weeks ago you were able to sleep in to you heart's content and could do whatever you wanted when you wanted without worrying about homework and grades! Also not to mention the 9/11 attacks anniversary and how bad September always is for the stock market and the economy!

I had always hated September and going back to school but last year it was it was like the worst sugar crash ever I had really hated theist school year and been so unhappy just anticipating the summer was all that kept me going I also went through a lot of pain to lose weight for the summer but then I had the best time I went on great holidays spent everyday with my friends made new friends went to amusmant parks and county fairs everyday so going back to a school I hated so much and having one of the most important years work wise I will ever have going back to all that bullying was so hard

September is not a good month at all. The 9/11 attacks occurred during this month, and school starts up which ruins your sleep schedule that you used during the summer. There is no holidays either, so nothing exciting happens during September. The only thing I like about it is the weather. Its nice and warm, not as hot as it is in the summer (but don't get me wrong, I really like the summer weather too). Other than that, September absolutely sucks in general.

Where I am at, it gets hot even though it is not in the summer, and it is still September here.That really sucks because it is still summer heat and its not yet cold, like it is in October to December, I can not wait for October, September sucks here and it does not feel like Fall yet in my city.Hopefully it is not the same for October, I want that month to go by already, since temperatures continue to soar and not get any better, also it sucks to have that type of weather in a month where you are supposed to get used to School. - Call

It's just bloody awful. You have to start actually doing things in school, summer (the best season) is over, the weather doesn't know what to do with itself and it's just boring. The only good things about it are getting Labor Day off and Bisexual Pride Week, both of which wish they were celebrated in better months.
