This is probably second best, I like how they tried to walk out initially instead of saying "Sign us up huge alien head! ". Lord Zedd is the best villain in PR, he cemented that by exiling Rita for failing (Real villains don't give second chances). It had its flaws but doesn't deserve to be on this list.
