Great Arthur episode! Even better than Bleep! It's a good Arthur episode, especially the plot, and it's good too! It's kind of like a fairy tale episode, since D.W. tries to get James to kiss her. D.W. thought it would be so easy to kiss him, but no matter how hard D.W. tried, James didn't notice her. I wouldn't blame James, because he didn't know what D.W. was trying to do. Kiss and Tell is a good, fictional episode, just like the episode Just Desserts, featuring fictional events. A really good Arthur episode.
