How do I put this? Oh, I got it. Three words: Stupidest. Show. Ever. When I first saw it I thought: "It's about a dog, how bad could it be? ", but when I saw it, I almost died. The show is horrible. It literally makes fun of every creature it brings into the show! Even Courage is an ugly disgrace to a dog. He looks so dumb when he screams at the top of his lungs. Plus, the bad guys are SO stupid. People keep saying "Oh, Courage The Cowardly Dog is a real mysterious and scary show! " But I say "I wasn't scared AT ALL in this show, and I can get scared very easily." This show is awful, but that's just my opinion, so don't go cursing me because you were the one who decided to read this comment anyway. - Murrkip

John R Dilworth really pushed the bounds with this show. Come on, anyone who remembers this show has memories of them having nightmares about this show if they were in the 5-10 age range. And the funniest thing is, Cartoon Network gave no backlash to the show's creators. That's how episodes like the mask were made. And you know how they did this? They combined the horror aspects with action and humor. On paper, this sounds stupid, but they pulled it off. And it was amazing. Here is a top 5 list of the best episodes in my opinion. Boi, this was and always will be my favorite show. It teaches you so many values of life. Don't talk to strangers, you're not perfect, nor is anybody else. The last big lesson was it's okay to be scared, as long as you have the courage to face that fear and overcome it. I truly learned important life factors from this show but yet it still captured the comical side of things through a scared pink beagle and his elderly farm house owners. Hopefully someday, this show might get a reboot that I've always wanted. Long live Courage.

I can't believe I used to not like this show that much as a kid. Courage the Cowardly Dog is actually such a well-written cartoon in the horror comedy genre that will you have you scared, laughing, crying, all those incredible emotions that you get from watching a good show. Ed, Edd n Eddy is still my number 1 favorite Cartoon Network show, but Courage the Cowardly Dog is also one of my favorite Cartoon Network shows as well. - ModernSpongeBobSucks

This cartoon is amazing! It is scary as heck, but I learned wonderful life lessons through it. Like, true bravery doesn't come from being un afraid, it comes from taking action to do the right thing, even if you have to face your fears like Courage did to save Muriel. And the episode "Perfect" quote from the talking fish is just beautiful! Yes, best cartoon ever!

哈哈我姐姐讓我看. .我坦白說,我不是一個90年代的孩子哈哈…但這是太棒了!我喜歡它這么多,我感覺說這不好但我很喜歡勇氣超過史酷比和杰克冒險。壞人很可怕,但我不禁愛他們尤其是Katz;。我不知道為什么人們說情節太嚇人,勇氣總是最終有些保存一天所以沒那么糟糕,一定會推薦給任何人lol。

LOL my older sister made me watch it...I'll own up and say I'm not a 90s kid haha... but this is GREAT! I love it so much and I feel kind of bad saying this but I like Courage a lot more than Scooby doo and Jake from adventure time. The villains were pretty scary but I couldn't help but love them (especially Katz ;). I don't know why people say the episodes are too scary, Courage always ends up somewhat saving the day so it's not that bad. Would definitely recommend to anyone lol.

Both original and entertaining I've made this the top of my watch list. I think was sort of disappointing when it came to an end. Courage is cute,funny and shows good morals about putting family first. The chacters all very originalAnd the music and animation is amazing and Katz still being my all time favorite cartoon "villain". Between the irony, the creepy vibe and how overall halerious it can be I find it being my favorite cartoon!
