I disagree with the opinions of others, that "Living in a prayer" and It's my life" are better than this one... NO! No way! Yes, I admit those two are great songs too, but "Always"... It's just epic.. You can feel Jon giving all his energy, emotions and soul singing this.. I love all of BJ songs, but "Always" was the one introducing me to this great band and I haven't stopped loving it till that moment.. This is my FAVORITE Bon Jovi song. I just love it. In case you haven't noticed, I usually vote for for the more underrated songs, and aside from a few replies, I haven't voted for a song rated higher than 25th place (as of today, February 5, 2020.) Why am I making the exception now? Always is so full of emotion, it's hard to not vote for the song. Sadness, good beat, and passion out the wazoo. I love this song! - BonJovi17

Come on now, guys. Livin' on a Prayer and It's My Life are 'great' songs by Bon Jovi but they just can't go near to this song. Always is the only song where Jon gave so much emotion not to mention the solo was EPIC!

Always is most definitely the most passionate, beautiful and powerful song of Bon Jovi's. It is a definition of true love the lyrics are more meaningful than any song these days. If you listen to the chorus you can here how much meaning he has put into the song. It can relate to anyone in true love who would give up anything for that one special person.
That's just my opinion. I love this song.

Oh come on this is git to be the #1 song by the legendary bon jovi. Just see the music video, can't you feel the pain, the emotion, the heartbreak, the revenge, the drama. Bon jovi has given his heart and soul into this one. One of the best love sonfs I've ever come across. Definitely bon jovi's BEST. VOTE!

You can't really compare Always to Livin on Prayer and others because it's a different style, easily Bon Jovi's greatest power ballad, moving high notes from Jon, a powerful and true solo from Richie as well as prominent keys from David, very good song

This one and Wanted Dead or Alive are far the best. I can see why Livin on a Prayer is first because that is a GREAT song. This song should be easily 2nd before It's My Life. No song has such amazing emotion as this one and makes your heart melt
