He was the 6th overall pick in the 2005 Draft out of West Virginia where he was the Big East Special Teams Player of the Year in his senior year and a First Team All-Big East and a Second Team All-Big East in 2004 and 2003. As a Titan he was on the PFWA All-Rookie Team.
