Bones are far better than ANY wheel and that's a fact. They don't flat-spot, they slide well and if you don't mind the waxy white look of the urethane, they stay white.If money wasn't a factor in my decision I would say Spitfires because of how they slide. Unfortunately they flat-spot way to easily. Even the F1 Streetburners end up flat-spotting in the end. Their good in the streets don't get me wrong but the thing with the F1's is their too slippery on anything that isn't asphalt.

One of my favorite pro-skateboarders (Shane O'Neil) rides for S0pitfire, so I was like "alright, you know what, I'll try out Spitfires." Lasted me four days of vigorous skateboarding in streets, skateparks, and verts. Four days. I ended up getting three different flatspots at the same time after landing a bad 180 heelflip. As pissed as I was, I kept on skating em', which was hell. I bought myself some Bones a week after, which was two years ago, and I still ride those same four wheels. Two years of prolonged use, and it still holds up, no shape change, absolutely no flatspots. I bought some Rictas for the hell of it, they were fun, but lasted me two and a half months, before I got a HUGE flatspot on one of the wheels. There is no way I am going back. Bones wheels are the best, without a single doubt.

My first wheels were bones 100s, which were great, but they didn't work well in street (too small). However, even though in street they made the ride extremely bumpy, they never flat-spotted or became bad in anyway. Just yesterday I got a new set of STF wheels, and they're even better. They're much smoother on the street, so if you want great wheels with durability, speed, and many variants for your skate style, pick bones.

Bones are better because they roll super good and will never wear down. They're cheap and you get what you deserve. I have to say Spitfire wheels are good but not as good as bones. Trust me, get Bones Wheels and you'll never regret it. Hope this helps - bakerman13

I've been riding for 20 years so I've ridden an s**t load of brands, but I'll stick with the last five years. I buy wheels in 53's, once they reach 50 (without flatspotting) I replace them. But not before I purposely flat spot them (just a mental thing). Well I've been trying for a week to flat spot my stf's and I can't! I've literally been abusing them on asphalt and concrete and they hold up! I'm gonna have admit defeat with these. I agree with everyone that says they're noisy and waxy, but they are about to become the only set of wheels that kicked my ass. Top quality

I think theas are the best they go so very smooth on pavement and over cracks there just perfect and the wheels are smooth but not like ice witch is great and when you go street skate the tricks are really easy and they go good with bones reds or swiss bearings

Bones are the best, period. Spitfires are good but they flat spot all the time so u have to get them replaced like every week, and they are very slippery. Bones are great for any type of skating especially stf, and are very very durable. They also slide well.

Bones wheels are so much better than spitfires wheels cause they don't flatspot they stay white and the last for years I've been riding bones for about 8 years. One set of wheels last me about 1 year or two. Spitfires wheels get flatspots in about a month. I ride bones homoki jaws. YEAH BONES!

Bones wheels are beast as hell. They're smooth. They don't flat spot, and they're hard which is great for reverts and powerslides. I love bones. I've had mine for a while and they still haven't flat spotted.
