I picked Maleficent because not only did she curse a baby to die for not being invited to the Christening but she allows for Aurora to live till she was 16 which gives her time for people to meet her and fall in love with her and for her to be take way. Another thing she does is kidnap Aurora prince to prevent him form saving Aurora and she plans to keep him for 100 years so that when she does end up setting him free either a.) hes already dead or b.) hes too old to one he dies on the way to save her or he gets there saves her but is too old to marry Aurora either way Aurora never gets her happy ending if Phillip was kept in Maleficent dungeon for 100 years. Another reason she lives in the forbidden mountains. Another reason she is literally called the mistress of all evil. She literally says that prince Philip has to deal with her and all the powers of HELL! And finally reason 7 words: she can turn into a scaryass dragon! She didn't have a motive for killing Aroura. Yeah, not buying the party thing! She also could've killed her then and there, but no, she gave everyone time to love her so it would hurt more when she died. She even made sure that everyone Aroura met grew to love her! She is definitely the most evil Disney villain there is.
