Since Cloudtail doesn't believe in Starclan (He might now I am only on Midnight) he will not go there when he dies. Since Brightheart does belive in Starclan she will go there and Swiftpaw is in Starclan. So if Cloudtail goes to Starclan she'll be with him and if Cloudtail doesn't go to Starclan then Brightheart will be with Swiftpaw. All in all, it depends on where Cloudtail goes when he dies.
