Even though most of her early stuff is good. I can't think of anyone who had such a toxic influence on current pop music. She was the one who paved the way for shock value tactics and style over substance.She can't really sing. She just knows how to put on a good show and utilize her sexuality to craft an image. Her refusal to stop relying on exploiting her sexuality in her image is a necessity for her because she know that's where most of her power lies. Nobody would want to attend a Madonna show if all she did was sing.
