She has a really good voice, but as others have said the problem is her music. Too bad she doesn't record better music. I'd rather even listen to Mariah Carey's lame 2000's music over Kelly's music and that's saying something. She's like Beyonce, has a great voice but records horrible music most of the time. (But at least Beyonce has 1 good album under her belt and a few great tracks throughout her career.) - RnBLover
