Like not rec or YMCA try basically running marathons while getting punched, kicked in any spot you can imagine, and not to mention all the mental challenges... ya try to make a 1 second decision in less than 1 second... dont think any of the people talking bad about it can get can make a 10 second decision in an hour so try so think before u speak... like u could do that
