I knew about this one for a LONG time but I never really read it, so yesterday I did and now whenever I think of 'the marvelous misadventures of flapjack' this comes to mind REAL quick (they are sorta similar). Out of all the abandoned T. V show creepypasta's that I've seen (which I've seen a lot of) this is my favorite and just over all one of my top ten pastas, its really creative and the more you think about those shows you watched as a kid, they let us watch some WEIRD stuff, so this sorta takes me on a nostalgia trip when I read it. A really creepy one that is.

Why is this not higher on the list? It is amongst one of the best written and haunting creepypastas to date. Only recently have I reread this and I still found myself getting shivers at the end; to be honest I had forgotten what had happened as it's been so long since I've come back to the world of creepypasta but I have come to realise that MOST of the creepypastas ranking higher than this are actual complete BS. They do not deserve the popularity they have when masterpieces such as these start to fade away.Come at me haters.

Its one of the best short-really-short origibal pastas I have ever read. Whereas a number of the ones listed here are based on some type of media this one stands by itself in the short, creepily satisfying pastas group. I appluad it because it doesn't build up the detail or background like a lot of other pasta, no Candle Cove fives you little information and lots of creeps.

When you look back at shows you watched as a child, you have to admit some of the stuff you watched was just plain weird. Candle Cove is a tale of a nostalgia trip that takes an unexpected supernatural turn. Adding to its creepy factor, Candle Cove is written in a believable, yet creative format.

This needs to be higher on the list. It might not be very scary, but it's sure as hell creepy. Its different to the usual creepypasta too. Instead of it just being a serial killer coming after you, it has some creativity to it. I love it and I think more people should read it.

Oh COME ON. Jeff the Killer is so overrated. This may not be my favorite, but it is a quality pasta that doesn't drag on like some the upper competitors. I love Candle Cove's originality. This and Psychosis need to be much higher (I mean like top three).
