Our attachment to John Coffey. Everything about this scene is sad. Watch this movie if you haven't. Ignore RottenTomatoes. Watch it. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Believe it or not I just couldn't hold it in even before he sat down and after she said "does it hurt yet? I hope it does. I hope it hurts like hell." When the movie was over I didn't stop crying even like and hour after I had watched it definitely the saddest movie death ever and I can't see anything else topping it.
