The song is best on a warm summer day, windows down in the car, blasting over the speakers as she sings "I just ride" repeatedly. The song is gravely in sound and iconic in imagery. Reminds me of a true American song, about being young, wild, and free. The video is 10 minutes long and adds so much to the song. A must for anybody getting into Lana's music.

This song is Lana's legend. The humming in the beginning makes you think, "This is going to be beautiful." And you would be so right. This is the perfect mix of darkness, emotion, cinema, orchestral crooning, and in the beginning, strangely enough, country (the part when she says, 'I've been out on that open road... ')! The lyrics are perfect, with sadness, anger, and serenity. By far the best Lana song.

This is my favorite song ever! I've never heard a better song in my opinion.
