Hmm, number two? Interesting. I thought he would be near the top. He sadistically toys with Raven through Slade. He's perhaps an even bigger threat than Slade, as he even tricked Slade. Yet, he underestimated the power of his daughter. That was his fatal flaw... for which he paid with his life. Although, I question; if he were to return, would he learn from his mistake?
