For a Scooby-Doo! show, this installment truly sets the darkest tone of any series yet! The show's serialized plot makes for quite the coherent continuity, to say the least. The new refined and edgy animation and the epic theme song really spooked things up for me that I just had to tune in to every new episode during its original run of the first season! The best series by FAR. The characters grow over the season, rather than the episodes being a separate story like in the other series. They also give each character personalities, querks and WEAKNESSES which is what makes the characters more interesting! Also because of the story developing over each episode, it makes the viewer hooked and want to find out what is going to happen. It's not predictable and repetitive like the old Scooby Doo's.

Obviously the best Scooby Doo show ever. Don't get me wrong, A pup named Scooby Doo, what's new Scooby Doo and Scooby Doo where are you! were very nice, but this is the only one that doesn't always end with, "I could have gotten away with it if it weren't for you meddling kids! "It also has amazing plot, mind blowing plot twists, horror-movie-like scenes, and gruesome deaths. A must watch.

The first one to give Fred and Daphne personality. It's driven by a plot that's not just in one episode but throughout the whole series. It has great atmosphere with that dark, Halloween vibe and I think having Crystal Cove instead of Coolsville is much better. Definitely the best Scooby Doo show, especially in art, as I think it bears a resemblance to Batman the Animated Series' art deco style

By far my favorite. A great plot line for the entire series, and the character development and archs are well done. Darker storytelling and absolutely loved all the character cameos throughout the series such as Bam Bam and Pebbles (for those who closely watch). All the other ones are too formulaic, and boriing. This one actually had a story to tell. The other ones told us absolutely NOTHING!

This incarnation of Scooby-Doo, in my opinion, is the best. I felt like all the main cast and even more characters had unique and interesting personalities. The storyline was great, the animation style was amazing, and it was overall a fantastic show. I'd recommend this show if you're looking to watch some Scooby-Doo.

Probably the best scooby doo show because of the plot. The older Scooby Doos are classics and I would still watch them but Mystery Inc is on a different level in terms of drama, plot, and scariness. I will definitely rewatch this soon.

The in depth storyline surrounded by the smaller mysteries is what made it a great show for me. The animations/art style, darker theme, character personalities, comedy, romance (if your into that) are just bonuses. Highly recommend it
