紗羅是指用竹條和香蕉干葉做成的帽子，是農民們常用的防雨保暖的帽子，也是巴郎蓋·托洛托的主要生計。1996年，第一屆薩洛克節舉行，屆時，當地官員將通過一項決議，將在每年2月14日慶祝薩洛克節，作為康拉西翁市成立周年紀念日的一部分。宿務康樂會每年2月14日慶祝薩洛克節，以配合他們的成立周年慶典。該節日由不同的人參加巴郎蓋，小學和高中生。他們將描繪和展示“沙羅克”是如何為社區，特別是宿務州農民的生活

Sarok means a kind of hat that made from bamboo strips and dried banana leaves and this is commonly used by farmers of Consolacion for protection from the rain and heat of the sun. Also, Sarok is the main livelihood of Barangay Tolotolo. The first Sarok Festival was held in the year of 1996, by then a resolution is mandated of the local officials that Sarok Festival will be celebrated every February 14 as part of the Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Consolacion.Consolacion Cebu celebrates the Sarok Festival every February 14, in line with their founding anniversary celebration. The festival is participated by different barangays, elementary and high school students. They will be portraying and showcasing how "SAROK" made a life to the community especially the farmers of Consolacion Cebu.
