This is a hands down vote for me. He literally curb stomps #2 on this list a dozen times to come, broke his spirit, turned his back on him while Rick was holding a hatchet without concern for anything Rick could do to him. He also currently has #1 in his basement handing out ass whoopins on the daily and will soon break him too. For anyone who hasn't read the comics and just watch the show, just wait and see what the writers had in mind when they created Negan. He is meant to be unstoppable and unbeatable. The best you can hope for is to get him locked away in a dungeon and pray he never escapes. He gets his throat slashed by Rick in the grand finale and still lays him out afterwards. This should be a debate about who #2 is peeps.

Negan was actually a schoolteacher, and a Ping-Pong coach before the Apocalypse. Interesting no? How does such a man becomes ''our Negan", is he truly the evil incarnate we all make him to be?To understand the appeal of Negan you must take yourself out of the view point imposed by the show. In a world where most kill and plunder, he constructed a structure. Faulty? yes. However this said structure allowed a lot of people to survive and find a place to belong. In a twisted way he believed in the power of people however he didn't believe in their hearts, therefore he ruled by fear.He Killed Glenn, Abraham and many others, however if you look at it through his eyes; Rick and Gang are the real problem makers, they killed all the members of an entire outpost, Carl shot his men, the walker siege killed many of his team and he almost died due to the Walkers hoard entrapping him and his men. That's why his best friend is a ' baseball bat covered by barbed wire he's that desperate, that he gave his bat a name. Nothing tops a great villain, and Negan is an amazing villain! When Negan is on the screen it always makes for entertaining viewing, defiantly the best thing to happen to the walking dead and hope we get to see a lot more of Negan in the future.

Oh my godness he's the best! Yea he killed Glenn... but he's the best actor in the whole show and he's the best villain ever! He should totally survive at least two seasons because he deserves it. He's clearly the funniest character and also the most psychopathic. Perfect!

He's bad ass and if you think about it, he really just killed Glenn and Abraham because the group killed a bunch of his men, and he could have killed Carl but he brought him home, and he done Rick a favor by killing Spencer.

I hate him for killing Glenn, but I also love him because he's a great villain with an awesome sense of humor. Nonetheless, I hope he gets killed, preferably by Maggie, but yet I still like him.
