    Trampolining is as hard as Gymnastics. You have to two ten skills routines, first routine is judged on how high you jump and neat the routine is and the second routine is judged on owe high you can go with the most difficulty. Most of the men's second routine have 5 to 6 triples in it. You should check it out one day, its amazing!
