Another advantage that the Legacy has over the Fenrir is that it has a much higher base damage than the Fenrir's attacks do. The Legacy takes no skill to kill, you just use legend spell until the enemies are dead. The only weakness to the legendary is other legendaries and that's also it's greatest strength because it can crit them back. When it comes down to simple base damage and power, the legacy, crystal, and a couple other legendaries are just as powerful and dangerous as the fenrir.

Without a doubt,this dragon should be ranked in first place,but with the High Nucleus dragon coming along with the next heroic race,things may change.Anyway,this dragon is extremely tough and its next to impossible to defeat it:because of it's powerful attacks and it's huge amount of health.These powerful stats makes up for a dangerous combination.I currently have this dragon at level 30. It has over 50,000 health,and it's strongest attack,astro hit,can do a 19,400 damage in one,single,hit.Even though it's weak against fire and metal,it can critical hit them both with electric attacks.Overall,the High Fenrir dragon is the most powerful dragon in dragon city.

I've gone up against this dragon with a couple of my best legendary dragons and Fenrir easily takes them out every time. Fenrir is a category 10 dragon and has a high health. Very hard to beat.
