到目前為止美國最糟糕的公司！他們對待員工和客戶就像對待垃圾一樣。詐騙客戶，下次你去看望你的母親或外祖母時，很可能他們有一臺錄像機，而且不知道怎么操作。銷售人員會告訴他們他們需要它看電視。當他們只需要一個高清電視盒時，DVR會每月額外花20美元的服務費。當然，他們的服務絕對是最差的！

By FAR the worst company in America! They treat their employees and their customers like dirt.the scam customers, next time you visit your mother or grand parents.. chances are they have a DVRand don't know how to operate it.. sales guys will tell them they need it to watch T.V... when they just needed an hd box... dvrs will cost them an extra $20 a month for the service... and of course their service is simply the absolute worst!
