I am a competitive swimmer, and its not easy at all. For all of you people who think swimming is weak, try and swim 400m (16 lengths). I challenge you to try that. You probably cant even make it halfway. I swim around 3000m/3km 5 days a week, and it is so tiring.And then there is dry land training, which is all push ups and stuff like that. Also try swimming 5km in 98 minutes. It is super exhausting. Swimming is amazing.
