Ygritte! I love this girl so much! How is she not even in the top 20? I love just about every scene Ygritte is in. She's entertaining and hilarious. Every thing that comes out of this girls mouth is pure gold. She's easily one of the most quotable characters in the whole series. Besides Ygritte being hilarious, quotable, entertaining, exciting, and just having an all around likable personality, Ygritte also is a skilled fighter and I have to give her props for her survival skills. Not many people can survive behind the wall, and Ygritte is one of the few girls in a group of dangerous men, yet she gladly holds her own. While she may not be properly educated, the girls got street smarts, shown by how cunning and quick thinking she is. Can I also just complement the girl for how much sass and independence she has? The way Ygritte stands up for herself and her opinions is just so admirable to me. Despite all of these things I adore about Ygritte, my favorite thing has got to be her ... more - EllaInTheRankings

For me Ygritte was stunningly attractive both in outward appearance and character. I liked the candid and unpretentious way she comunicated with Jon. It was far from being corny and nevertheless highly romantic. My heart broke when she died and broke again when Melisandre ruthlessly cited her most adorable phrase to win over Jon Snow.
