Although this console surprised me with it's lackluster power, I felt that this console went more for the game quality and smooth gameplay along with a great resolution with very good pixel quality. The games are also a huge area where the Wii U exceeds at, delivering the most beautiful titles. Although it has great achievements, the lackluster quality of games and very poor power, equipped with a staggering $300 price tag (which most can afford, but hey, that's what most kids say! ), and a very poor interface (the gamepad probably was the main thing that killed the Wii U) made the Wii U fall at #2. At the end of the day, it is the library of games that matters the most to me. While the Wii U had a rough start in the games selection at first, things are looking far better now. I'll admit that each console has great exclusives; but Nintendo always innovates and has more exclusives to offer, thus securing it's winning place in this generations console wars. I do have some problems with Nintendo, but as long as their consoles are about decent games and couch co op is still embraced, Nintendo will always win for not losing sight of what good, fun gaming truly is.

Wii U is good, but is dying quickly. Mostly because of how the Wii U is absolutely garbage in terms of 3rd party support and it has a Gamepad controller which has quite a lot of cons.The Wii was successful regardless of annoying Call of Duty fanboys getting pissed at the 480p resolution and overall having slightly better specs than a Nintendo Gamecube.What made the Wii sell was the Wii remote which brought such fun and diverse gameplay, yet the Wii U Gamepad is just bad with poor battery life, it's size making it a Fat Albert wannabe and finally, how Nintendo's main target audience, children are into Call of Duty and other mature stuff their stupid parents let them play, but the real scar Nintendo bears is from iPhones and Android phones and those are simple, but the Gamepad is not.Basically, mobile devices are fast, quick and easy in terms of gaming and all of your work, photos and GAMES are in one little device that is actually thinner than a Gameboy ... more

Easily the best set of exclusives by far, no other home console can touch the Wii U when it comes to the quality of it's exclusives. Super Smash Bros. Wii U, Bayonetta 2, Super Mario 3D World, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Super Mario Maker, Mario Kart 8, Hyrule Warriors more. The Wii U is easily the most fun out of all the home consoles of the 8th generation and is definitely worth owning, no matter what anyone tells you about it.

PS4 is hype with very few games yet.. Great console though. Xbox One is simply rubbish. Wii you has some huge titles out and for sure major titles coming in the near future.Zelda U, Smash Bros 4, Mario 3D World, Fatal Frame 4, Starfox, Pikmin 3, Donkey Kong TF, Mario Kart 8, Xenoblade X, Bayonetta 2, (? Mario Maker? Splatoon? ) and even Hyrule Warriors is a top game. Just some of the top of my head and they're all exclusive!
