She smiles way too much on the show, its like she doesn't know how to have a straight face. Its like she doesn't know how to not smile when something or someone says something even remotely good. Laura is amazing. People are complaining about Austin and Ally acting but she is on a sitcom not a drama. Her acting in Bad Hair Day was amazing. Her comedic timing was spot on. Comedy is hard to do. And if you want to see acting look at her resume she has been working consistently since she was a kid. Her acting in Without a Trace/ Dexter was great and those were both dramas. Not to mention A Sort of Homecoming, an indie drama she did last year with Kat McNamara. I saw it in Texas and it was phenomenal. So rest assured the girl can act don't judge her just on AA.As for her singing she may not have a voice like Adele but who does? Look at Taylor Swift she does not have killer pipes either. Austin and Ally is easily one of the worst shows on Disnry Channel, and I'm surprised it's still running. Is anyone else waiting for the day we hear a series finale commercial for it? The show is problematic on its own, but Laura adds to it. Acting is terrible, and I think people have explained this pretty well already. Her character is unbelievable, as well as every other Disney character. She cannot sing at all. Dear Disney, can we please have a T.V. show without ANY singing? Thanks! -The Entire Population. And the whole "Oh! Does Austin like me? " has been dragged on far too long. I could rant for hours, but I believe this sums up the basics.

Laura Marano doesn't even deserve to be called an actress. Her show is by far the worst on Disney Channel, and she isn't even fit to be on it. She doesn't play instruments, and she can't sing, but yet she got the role of a singer/songwriter on Austin and Ally. My personal opinion on her, is that she's really annoying on and off screen, and she really can't act. She is a bit of a disgrace to her sister Vanessa, from Switched at birth, who, unlike Laura, is actually a decent actress and is very gorgeous.

She is literally the worst actress I've ever seen. She's not pretty, she has no personality, she's so skinny, and her expressions range from normal to retarded. Austin and Ally has the worst humor ever- it's always the same joke- and Laura is horrible at acting. She's not a good singer either. She acts so stiff and fake- just like a robot! She's cheesy too, and I don't like her outfits. Hate. Her. Has no talent or whatsoever.
