What? 12? Why not 4? This guy may not be the literal boss, but my gosh, this guy is definitely the boss! Maybe not as evil as Axelrod, but this guy ordered to kill with absolutely no empathy and was blazing mad when Lightning Mcqueen was not dead.

Professor Z is an evil, greedy, ruthless, devious, intelligent and mad German scientist. He has his hench cars (the dimwits) with him. He killed and blowed up the American spy car (Rod Torque Redline) by using the secret weapon (electromagnetic pulse camera).He wants to kill Finn Mcmissile and Holley Shiftwell (the expert spies) and he also wants to kill Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater.But unfortunately, is not the main villain. He's the second villain.
