I've completed the pacifist run, but I can't bring myself to the genocide run. Despite the whole game being spoiled for me, since I had watched Dan and Phil play through it, I cried while battling Asgore and Asriel. This has literally changed the way I play other games, as I now always try to find some sort of way around fighting, even though I know that most games don't work like that :). I really think people need to experience the game before they go ahead and call it, and the fans, cringy. Undertale made me laugh at the funniest pparts, cry at the saddest, and always kept some sort of smile on my face, whether a smirk at one of sans' puns, or a sad little smile seeing Toriel after so long, or an appreciative grin at the amazing soundtrack. I highly recommend this game to literally anyone, it will change the way you think about games, or anything really. Please give Undertale a go.

You learn to love everybody, even the ones who want to kill you. Undyne is guarding her beloved land. Mettaton is too sexy to hate. Perhaps sweetest of all, Muffet just wants to provide money for her family via bake sales. Even Asgore, the guy you've been told is heartless and a ruthless killer, is watering flowers when you see him, explaining how he doesn't want to kill you and saying he's not ready to. The choice to save or kill these people really puts a burden on you. Even an accidental kill makes you feel like a murderer, as the game's characters know that you're the killer.Aside from the obvious, this game's got much more tears to share.For example, the Amalgamates. They look so pained, like they just want to live. Alphys is so ashamed of destroying their lives that she locked them up ... more

This game brought me to tears. I've seen Pewds and Jack play it and they cried too. I mean seriously, this game should at least be the top 10! The ending to True Pacifist though... Do NOT do genocide if you did Pacifist... you're going to have a bad time...
