Grojband is a complete rip-off of Phineas and Ferb. Grojband is created by Todd Kauffman, YES! The guy who created "Sidekick". No surprise, since both of the shows' animation and characters look drugged-up looking. I think Todd Kauffman has a thing for his animation to be drugged-up looking.
