It is an offensive, horrible and unacceptable movie because of the characters and caused a lot of lies about the animal kingdom. How it treated hyenas is much worse than any other movie, T.V. show, video game or book treated an animal species. If lions weren't the main characters and if the film wasn't called "Lion King", then the 'hyenas are all evil henchmen' thing would never have happened. The animal got a bad rep because of this movie, and even if the negative view was used in stories before then, The Lion King only contributed to those errors and made them worse.
