Most people here sound pretty biased against these games, but I don't completely disagree with the list either.Fnaf was good when it was new- it honestly scared me for a while and it gave a good laugh to watch youtubers' reactions of it- but when the fanbase started making stuff like "Bonnie and Chica's Love Story", "FNAF RPG", and crap like that along with the needless sequels, it started to get annoying. Like, just stop! It was supposed to be an entertaining little 30-minute indie game like Outlast or Slender or Undertale, but they're trying to keep it alive years after it was interesting.

Even if this game series is oversaturated, I'd have to say that Scott Cawthon is definitely someone to look up to. He got hated on because of games like Chipper and Sons, and thought about suicide, but he took the criticism and made an original concept. He's very kind and is a great risk taker. With FNaF World, it was hated by many because it felt unfinished, and Scott apologized, took the game down, fixed it, and sold it on GameJolt for free. Instead of crying and complaining about the bad reception, he fixed it and gave what people wanted. - DCfnaf

Not only is it overrated because too many people like it, but it is also by far the worst video game franchise ever. It's only scary the first 5 deaths, and it has the most tedious gameplay ever. It shouldn't be called "5 nights at freddy's", it should be called "5 nights with a paraplegic". Seriously, the entire game is just you using the force to turn the lights on and off and close the doors and only being able to look in 4 directions.

I personally have a mixed opinion about the game. I think it does a good job by being scary however some aspects that make the game scary such as dead children and the jump scares are clich茅 (if you think about it) and the jump scares start becoming old to the point where the game becomes a rage game rather than a horror game. I don't think it should be getting the attention it should be getting.that sums up my opinion for the game but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE CANCEROUS COMMUNITY.

It should be called "Five nights with a telekinectic paraplegic". You can only look in four directions, and you can somehow press buttons without pressing it. This is the worst franchise of all time. This couldn't give a two year old nightmares. The biggest insult isn't the fact that the first game sucked. The biggest insult is the fact that they made three of these monstrosities.
