Well to be very honest I cannot say whether Mycloud is best in the market or not but I have been using this PMS from the last year with absolutely no issues. There are no failed reservations to be taken care of. The PMS is very user friendly with an easy to understand interface specially when it comes to Group Booking and accounting part. More over the rate intelligence mycloud offer along with the channel manager connection is a game changer. This helped me a lot to understand the competition in the market in terms of rates, increasing my revenue by 37% as compared to last year.I strongly recommend to use mycloud and their services not just because of the easiness of the system but also for the kind of support I get from them.Resort SequesterUK.

Mycloud has changed the way my hotel used to work. It has made my work easy, and we are finally able to engage with the guests on a more personal level.The software is very user friendly and easy to use. plus they provide a 7 day free trial, without any credit card info.The best part is their support team, whenever I am stuck somewhere or face any issues, they are hands on ready to help and take pains to resolve the problem, as if it is their own hotel.LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, my REVENUE and EARNINGS have literally shot up.THANKS to mycloud!Cheers, and good luck!
