So many people fall into the trap of only choosing the cool characters they'd hang out with in real life. It should really be about the characters who add the most to the games. Out of all the other characters, Nagito accomplishes this the best.He provides so much more intrigue into the story of Danganronpa 2. He was so mysterious, so reliable, and so smart throughout the entire game. The concept of being naturally lucky was especially interesting to me. The creative ways he used his luck to his advantage and the amount of confidence he placed in that luck was oddly satisfying. Amazing performance from the English voice actor as well.I haven't played DR3, but Komaeda is so far the best character in the franchise and I don't think it's close.

Nagito is and will always be my favourite character in the Danganronpa series. Everything about him is amazing. He's innocent, yet somehow also devious and scheming. He's intelligent and always seems to know what's up. He also utilised his Ultimate Luck in ways that Naegi Makoto never did. His death was also amazing and I'm so glad that it's not the end for him.

He's refreshing...He's smart, good looking (come on! You have to admit that he is), always a step ahead, knows things that others aren't even aware of it but doesn't voice it out directly, and insane (but this makes him a lot more charming 'cause he didn't end up being a Gary Stu)And I can't help but love characters that are talented but has flaws, that makes them more humanAnd a lot of people dislike that insane side of him but lets take a minute and think that he's had a traumatizing childhood and how he was diagnosed with a terminal illness. But you know what? Him being smart but insane is what makes him standout and attracting.

He gives me some Light Yagami vibes if you know what I mean. (as in Light Yagami from Death note) He takes hope, something that's supposed to be good, and makes it into something totally different. (just as Light interprets "justice" a different way then others) In Danganronpa 1, hope is depicted as something totally "good". Yet, in Danganronpa 2, Nagito makes us doubt that. He is, perhaps, one of the deepest characters there. Unpredictable, persistent, and perhaps a bit insane, Nagito is, definitely one of the most interesting characters in Danganronpa.

Nagito had the most impact on the game (other than Junko and Izuru). You either love him or hate him. He has a twisted view of hope, but I couldn't help but root for him. You never know what he could be up to, and he manages to be multiple steps ahead of everyone else. When I first saw Nagito, I thought he was a Naegi ripoff. But when he revealed his true colors, I started to like him as a character. I knew he was insane, but I couldn't help but root for him. Call me a Nagito fanboy, but he will always be #1 to me. Not even Kokichi or Kyoko can beat him.
