Iceman drove for Hendrick, one of the top NASCAR teams at the time of his arrival, and swept more wins and the 96' WCS champion during this stint. He also drove for Junior Johnson. So I don't understand how he got on this list. If he raced for Billy Hagan or other teams with the same funding, then I may still be skeptical of his inclusion in here because those teams may had less funding that the Goliaths of NASCAR, but it was still a lot in comparison to some other smaller teams. - Kwaysar
