This indoor roller coaster is the best ride in the first park, Universal Studios Florida. It may not be the tallest or fastest, but it's top speed of 45 MPH in the dark feels much faster. Revenge of the Mummy uses special effects such as fire and bugs to its advantage, and uses the Mummy atmosphere to scare riders until the coaster portion of the ride arrives. Then, your soul belongs to the Mummy as you launch into the ride's coaster portion. The combination of Dark-Ride themes, frightening elements, and roller coaster track makes this ride an instant classic.

When I first went on this ride, I thought it was the fastest ride in the park, no joke. And also the coolest. I love the Harry Potter Ride, but this one is better. Has so much cool decoration, and has a great coaster. I recommend it if you want to get off junior coasters, and transition to the real stuff. The best by far! - GGiant1921

I think Revenge of the Mummy is the best ride I have ridden on at Universal and I am going back to that ride September 22 to celebrate my birthday and by the way I am going to be 8 on that day I am going back to Universal for my birthday.
