Yes I get that whining is immature but it's not as serious as justifying a person's death or anything else super horrible. I will just state this, if someone is whining about something then definitely use constructive criticism. If they don't heed the constructive criticism and still continue to whine, then that's when you should stop with the nice guy attitude right there (this mainly applies to all these items listed. Like I said, if they don't actually heed the constructive criticism, then that's when harsh criticism can be justified).
