There are three brazil state flags that all look almost identical with each other. Piaui, Sergipe and Goias. Piaui easly wins out of these three. The other two flags are a bit underwhelming and boring, or at least Sergipe's flag. Seriously it's just the togolese flag but blue instead of red and some stars to it. It's very boring. - darthvadern
